Starting 4 weeks before your wedding, “Turn your carefully considered plans and vendor list over to us”. Breathe a sigh of relief knowing that every last detail has been checked and rechecked by our experienced team. Day Of Wedding Coordination (8 to 10 Hours of Maximum Coverage) Unlimited text and phone calls.
Oversee all deliveries, greet and supervise all your vendors as they are unloading and setting up.
Manage proper setup and design of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception areas.
Email and distribute paper copies of your Complete Wedding Day Itinerary to all your vendors.
Ensure the placement of guest’s escort place cards, guest books w/pens, candles, photographs, wedding favors, ceremony pamphlets, menu cards, etc. as we have discussed.
Greet all your wonderful guests and direct them to the ceremony and reception at the accurate times. Lineup and cue the wedding party when it’s time to walk down the aisle.
Ensure your dress and train is laid out perfectly before you are escorted down the aisle.
Make certain ceremony musicians have the right music and are cued for guest arrival, family seating and the processional and recessional for your ceremony.

This is for the couple who only needs our assistance with the ceremony plans. This package does not include planning services for anything other than the wedding ceremony. (AHW) to be on site for a maximum of 3 hours, including set up and break down/clean up. Additional time needed will be assessed accordingly Either the couple has secured the vendors and venue, or PLANNER can assist with vendor and location assistance.

Amazing Hawaii Weddings provides vendor suggestions & information after learning of the couple’s vision, needs, & desires.
Amazing Hawaii Weddings will attend meetings with the couple & vendors for an additional fee.
Amazing Hawaii Weddings saves the couple money on their wedding by sharing any discounts offered with them when Amazing Hawaii Weddings contacts vendor directly.
The couple provides copies of any vendor and venue agreements obtained with or without the assistance Amazing Hawaii Weddings.
Amazing Hawaii Weddings may rent out personal inventory to embellish couple’s wedding event décor at a discounted fee.
Amazing Hawaii Weddings reviews communication and agreements to ensure nothing has been overlooked or forgotten and helps the couple prepare a Floor Plan and Wedding Day Timeline that includes all scheduled deliveries and services for the event.
Amazing Hawaii Weddings communicates with and reconfirms details with all hired vendors for whom contact information has been provided.
Amazing Hawaii Weddings assists the couple to secure any necessary rentals, organize delivery and set up times, & organize times to strike and remove the items
Amazing Hawaii Weddings sets up the couple’s wedding items, (i.e. guest book, gift table, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc.). The couple will provide verbal or written instructions for all items to Amazing Hawaii Weddings. This does not include set up of any equipment or props, (i.e. tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc.), which will be handled by the contracted companies.
Amazing Hawaii Weddings may distribute and places flowers and decor (on a limited basis) not handle by the florist.
Amazing Hawaii Weddings does not REPLACE the services of professionals not hired.
On your wedding day, your bridal party will be your personal attendants. Amazing Hawaii Weddings direct your vendors & wedding day set up.
